the Event:
The
Level 1 Kundalini Yoga class will focus on building a foundation for
the workshop by clearing, engaging, and balancing your first three
chakras. In the following workshop you will learn tools including
Kundalini Reiki, shamanic journeying, meditation, and toning that
will continue to expand your experience of your emerging Kundalini
Vibration.
