21 Stages of Meditation (Stage 6) For Absorption in the Crystal Being

This meditation comes from the 21 Stages of Meditation Book (p.112-120). This meditation can help to banish depression, energize, become crystal clear to absorb into your highest version of yourself, and make the unknown become known. The first seven parts are taught in full time. The original (suggested) time for the last part is 31 minutes. I decreased this last part to approximately 8 minutes. In this video I'm teaching this meditation to my peer group from the 21 Stages of Meditation Course.

"The Time is Now" Kundalini Yoga Class: Full Moon Class with Sodarshan Chakra Kriya


I'm grateful to share this video from the most recent 40 Day "Take out the Garbage Series" at Lotus Yoga Centre. Recorded on Jan 31, 2018. It was held on the full moon. Every time I teach is truly a gift. I felt that teaching on this day in particular had special meaning considering all the fluctuations going on in the world. The blessing at the end of class felt like it came directly from the Divine.

The Kriya is an old gem taught by Yogi Bhajan. It's a vigorous kriya for sure. Just do your best. It is so old the kriya was just called, "Kundalini Yoga". And the spirit will rest in the womb of being in peace
Comparison cannot live in love
Be the space between words and breath
Welcome the imperfection within the perfection and the uncertainty

In this workshop you will learn what it takes to start and commit to a conscious relationship. That relationship begins with yourself. This workshop is primarily a meditative experience focusing on how to manifest your ideal partner and work through blocks that keep you and your partner from growing. You will begin to learn what it takes to transition from serial dater to a committed, lasting, loving and conscious relationship or marriage. You will experience the powerful effects of the So Purkh and the Bhand Jammee-ai mantras in addition to Venus Kriyas (partner meditations).
This workshop will benefit you whether you are currently in a partnership or are looking for one. You don’t need to bring a partner as the class will be paired up. Nirmal Singh and Bir Kaur will also be sharing their unique personal experiences of marriage.

Martial Arts Warm Up Exercises

Yogi Bhajan highly encouraged those who practice Kundalini Yoga to also train in martial arts. This is a series of gentle martial arts warm up exercises called Tao Yin that uses regulated breath and movement to facilitate the movement of qi/prana in the body. Noted the series is being facilitated quickly for the primary purpose of showing the sequence. Each exercise should be performed 2-3 x's slowly to receive full benefit. If you turn up the volume you can hear the instructor guiding the specific breathing for each exercise.

Kundalini Yoga reduces stress by strengthening your parasympathetic nervous system, the part of your nervous system that allows you to relax and stay calm despite challenges you face in the moment. New Video! Exercising the Central Vagus Nerve Kriya

Sat Nam. Here is a new video! This was one of the first classes taught at Lotus Yoga Centre for the 40 day Fear Less Challenge. The Kriya is Exercising the Central Vagus nerve. The 40 day meditation was Aadays Tisai Aadays Aad Aneel Anaad Anaahat Jug Jug Ayko Vays. The class was streamed live. Due to how the recording was set up you can only hear instructions, not music. It is a great class that will invigorate you and help you break from your fear based patterns. Enjoy!
